Cease-fire Negotiated by Russia and Turkey comes into effect in Syria

Syria – A cease-fire declared by the Syrian government got ­effective in whole country as part of an agreement that takes in a coming back to peace negotiations to terminate five years of war.

Russia and Turkey, which negotiated the deal, stated they could ensure acquiescence from the government and its armed hostility, respectively, after many weeks of dialogs.
